These sheets felt soft right away without being that slippery kind of soft, if that makes sense. I slept really well the very first night, so I’m thinking they’re a keeper.

It looked good when I first got it, but after just one wash the stitching started getting loose. that kind of ruined my trust in the quality.

The help was okay once they finally replied, but wow, these slowpokes took forever to get back to me.

I picked up a sheet set from Parachute and I’ve been happy with them so far. They feel soft without being too delicate, and they’ve washed well a few times now. The price is definitely up there, and shipping took a bit longer than I expected, so I’m knocking off a star for that. Overall though, they’re solid sheets and I don’t regret buying them

The only thing was the exchange update took a few days, and I kept checking my email like I’d missed something. Part of me wondered if they keep the updates a little minimal on purpose so you just wait it out instead of asking questions, but maybe I’m being suspicious.

The new one showed up totally fine, and the refund difference was handled without any drama. I’d order from them again, but I do wish their exchange tracking was clearer so you’re not left guessing what’s going on.

I ended up ordering from Parachute mostly because I was drawn to the clean, calm vibe on their site. The colors and designs feel really natural, not too trendy or "too much," which I appreciate. Everything fits together so nicely in my room, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out.
